Vendor FAQs

Vendors can purchase a reservation for any or all operating days within a current month. The reservations for the next month go on sale on the Friday prior to the last full weekend of the month. Vendors just need to decide when they want to sell and then either call to purchase with a credit card or come to the office during regular office hours and one of our knowledgeable clerks will be happy to assist. In Person sales available on Wednesdays 4pm-8pm and also on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9am-2pm.

Phone sale hours are Tuesdays 9am-2pm, Wednesdays 4pm-8pm and also on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9am-2pm.

Spaces can also be purchased on the same day as the event at our Ticket Trailer. The trailer is open on Wednesdays 3pm-6pm, on Fridays 5:30am-8:00am and also on Saturdays and Sundays 6am-8am. Please be advised that spaces purchased on the same day as the event have a surcharge added to the price of each space.

How much does it cost to rent a booth space?

Spaces start at $30 per space, per day for Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Spaces are $15 per space, per day on Fridays. For a complete list of all space types and prices, please see the Vendor Information page.

Is there a minimum commitment for booth spaces or can I buy one day at a time?

There is no minimum or maximum number of days required for a space reservation. However, we do offer monthly space agreements for vendors wanting to reserve a space on a permanent or semi-permanent basis.

Can I set my merchandise up at my booth early?

For vendors who have purchased a space reservation in advance, the lot opens at 10am on Wednesdays and at 5am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Can I store my merchandise at Phoenix Park ‘n Swap until the next week?

Vendors possessing a monthly space may leave their merchandise and displays in their space for a storage fee. Please call (602) 273-1250 for details. Vendors who have purchased the same space for multiple, consecutive days can also take advantage of this feature.

State sellers permit?

If you are a regular seller at swap meets in Arizona or are selling new merchandise, you must have a State Privilege (Sales) tax license; A regular seller is one who participates in at least four (4) sales per year. Please see Vendor Information page.
