Phoenix Park ‘n Swap welcomes vendors of both new and used merchandise. Whether you are starting a new business, liquidating product, or just cleaning out the garage, we have spaces for you.

If you are a realtor or travel agent, selling services such as cable, or have an event to advertise, we can accommodate your needs as well.

Plan to bring a table and chairs or other materials to display your merchandise.

How Do I Rent a Space?

Vendors can purchase spaces for any day within the current month. We also have Monthly Rental Agreements for vendors who want to sell on a regular basis in the same location each time.

Park ‘n Swap offers containers to rent for vendors who want to store their merchandise either on the property or at their space. We also have permanent building locations available for storefronts and storage.
